We source directly from local farmers and conduct rigorous laboratory testing for every batch. Our products are 100% natural, free from preservatives, and processed using traditional methods like stone-grinding and cold-pressing.
What are the shipping charges and delivery timelines?
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹499. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days in metro cities and 5-7 business days for other regions across India.
Do you offer a return or refund policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of food, we only accept returns if the product is received in a damaged condition or is past its expiry date. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
Are Anveshan products certified organic?
Many of our products are certified organic, while others are sourced from farmers practicing natural, pesticide-free farming. Detailed certification information is available on each individual product page.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.
How should I store the cold-pressed oils and A2 ghee?
To maintain freshness, store our oils and ghee in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our glass packaging helps preserve the nutritional value and shelf life naturally.
